Exit 69 preview

As I sit here in my Gen Psych class I can't help but let my wander towards this weekends tournament (Exit 69.) while it is deffinatley not the most important tournament of the year results wise it is deffinatley importnant for forming team unity, bonding, and determing Play time for the spring. While there will be a lot of time for lines to change this is the tournament for old and young guys alike to prove to the captains that they are going to step up be impact players this year. That being said UMD Northern Lights will be attending Exit 69 as a split squad. We are going as X/Y teams and I could not be more excited about the guys on my team, I am looking forward to seeing how the freshman respond to seeing guys other than their teammates mark them on the field and how they respond to the critism that is sure to come with the first tournament.

The pool for the mY team goes 1) Northwestern, 2) Iowa Gold, 3) GOP, and 4) Northern Lights Y. I am personally really excited for the GOP game becuase I know that if we beat them with this team there is no way in hell they will be able to fuck with our full team. The Iowa and Northwestern games I really don't know what to expect going into them, I hope that they keep the calls to a minumum and are working in their younger guys as well but I won't hold it against them if they are trying to roll teams. but they better be ready for a tough game against us because while our younger guys may lack experience they make up for in tenacity, and effort.

I hope to have a post on the tournament results from mY team as well as how the party went and how our freshman handle themselves on and off the field. It should be a great time, with lots of "male-bonding"

It's really refreshing to see how the U of M system has come to produce students with such skillful mastery of the English language. Now I'm just passing on what I heard, but rumor has it that GoP aint nothing to fuck with...
